Ungepflegt, teilweise nicht sauber, schlecht ausgestattet, sehr in die Jahre gekommene Gesamtanlage

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem wirklichen Gleichgewicht! Es ist unsauber im Haus, die Besen im Haus sind unbrauchbar, Lampen funktionieren nicht, Essbesteck und Kochgeschirr sind sehr sehr dürftig. Als wir nach dem Grill gefragt hatten, wurde uns ein Grill zum Zusammenbauen vor die Tür gestellt (natürlich ohne Werkzeug). Grillzange: auch Fehlanzeige. Die Anlage weist Feuchtigkeitsspuren auf, es riecht entsprechend, und die Wand bröckelt tw. ab. Die uns empfangende Dame hatte nicht wirklich Zeit und Interesse, uns in die Wohnung einzuführen (scheinbar wollte sie diesen Ort schnellstmöglich verlassen). Das Schwimmband ist sehr schön, öffnet aber erst um 10.00 Uhr. Es gibt eine Bademützenpflicht und das Einspringverbot für Kinder.
