This was my second time staying at this property. Smaller property without a lobby or restaurants but the location is the absolute best. It’s located in the heart of Taksim. Walter and the rest of the staff are absolutely great. I love this property, I will definitely return here and nowhere else when going to Istanbul.

The Hotel staff at the front desk especially Volkan (I think that was his name) was awesome and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome and the people serving the breakfast were very nice & helpful. Guest relations lady who's name is Valeriia was very nice and helpful The hotel is very central and in the middle of Taksim, with a 10 minute walk to Taksim square and 12 minute walk to Galata Tower. I highly recommend staying at this hotel

Quiet hotel just off the pedestrian Istiklal Stree

This is the second stay in this wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. It was very clean and everything was perfect! The AC worked perfectly and kept the room at the desired temperature since it was hot and humid outside. Breakfast was amazing! Great variety of breads, cheeses, vegetables, eggs, sausages, fruits and cereals were displayed at the buffet. The service was attentive and professional. The location of the hotel two short blocks off Istiklal Cadessi is superb. We highly recommend this hotel.

Our experience was great! The staff were very kind and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. When we renewed our stay they upgraded us to two of their best suites for the same price, exceptional! The only downside was that the rooms had no views. Their buffet breakfast was good and had a diverse selection of food. The restaurant staff were very kind and welcoming especially Kadir and Sema. The area was nice and clean, in the hear of Istiklal street.

We stayed in a family room on the 4th floor. It was very spacious and clean with good facilities. We found the accommodation to be of a high quality and staff really friendly. The location was great, a minute walk to İstiklal Cd. which is a busy shopping sates, 10 mins from Taksim Square, which has good transport links to the raid port. Breakfast is Turkish/ continental style serving a selection of hot and cold foods including eggs, cheese, meats, pastries, fresh and dried fruits etc. Staff were very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. My only qualm was the location of our room at the front of the hotel.

Had a wonderful time in Akka Suites Taksim. Considering, the area of location I would say this place is incredibly tranquil. This was my second visit to Istanbul. First visit was on 2018, which I stayed at Grand Hyatt Taksim and now at Akka suites Taksim which I checked out yesterday only. Obviously a 5* to a 3*. Trust me it wasn’t hard to decide. Being a 3* hotel, this one topped the CS, HK and location. Mr. Camel (Jamel) was one great person at reception, sadly did not meet him on departure. Second one was the outstanding housekeeper Mrs. Nazeera (I hope I am spelling correctly). Both of them were top notch and delivered at their best. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality given in the shopping location and insha Allah will be back soon.

I stayed at this property for a hybrid vacation and remote work. Property advertised to have sound proof rooms but felt like my bed was in the club down the street and required earplugs to fall asleep - noise 24x7 and slightly quieter in the morning. Breakfast is not great. Cleaning staff are fantastic on the other hand, but could be because I tip well. I do not recommend this place if you need quiet time. Also, road to entrance is very narrow and most taxis will drop you off at the bottom of the hill even with heavy luggage so requires a good level of fitness. You can find better places for the price.
