Great boutique hotel. Very quiet in a super convenient location. Easy walking distance to major attractions. I really appreciated the excellent service, very helpful staff and good advice. Air conditioning was great, bed very comfortable. Would recommend.

The room was so smelly and musty. It was super dirty and the bathroom was full of mold. The towels were yellowish. You get what you pay for, the hotel is not a good choice you are only paying for the area but the room was horrible. Breakfast was ok. Staff were nice.

Never again

Terrible stay We booked a room with windows and a balcony for about €150, but on arrival, we were given a small, windowless economy room instead. I believe they were overbooked and decided to downgrade us. Thanks to Hotels.com support, we were moved to a smaller room with windows for the second night, but the first night was awful — no windows, no air, and my spouse and three kids struggled with panic attacks. It completely ruined our stay. Breakfast was very basic, and the hotel staff didn’t care or try to help. Without Hotels.com, we would have been stuck.

Das ist das schrecklichste Hotel der ich und meine Familie wahren. Zimmer schmutzig mit Kakerlaken und Schimmel Bett Matratze volleres Urin Flecken. Zimmer ohne Fenster und wie in Bunker. Nie wider in das Grusel Hotel. Essen voll vergammelt das Obst. Personal sehr unhöflich und Arrogant. Das Ganze Hotel hatte nach Kanalisation gerochen . Schaden das man keine Bilder Posten kann habe alles fotografiert.

Bem localizado, mas quartos pequenos

A grande vantagem do hotel é que está bem localizado, bem próximo de uma estação de trem e de tram. Está também bem próximo das grandes atrações de Istambul como Topkapi e Sofia etc. O café da manhã é mais voltado para turcos, pois não há muitas opções para estrangeiros.

Es wurde jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Handtücher wurden immer gewechselt, sowie auch die einmallatschen. Das Personal war super freundlich. Manch andere Hotels mit Sternen können sich eine Scheibe abschneiden Die Lage war auch super zentral, 2 min Fußweg zur nächsten Straßenbahn. Würde ich nochmal buchen :).
