The staff was friendly and attentive. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved, as the shower and floor were not completely clean from the first day. Additionally, there were some noises in the ceiling that seemed to come from unwanted animals. Overall, the stay was acceptable, with room for improvement.

Located in a port area of the city. The building from the outside is falling apart and there is garbage everywhere. There is no insulation between the walls so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in your neighbours rooms. It says no smoking but the room always smelled like fresh smoke making it difficult to sleep. Bring earplugs if you do decide to stay here.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was small and dirty, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. When I told the receptionist that the bedsheet was very dirty, he just said, “Here is Istanbul,” instead of trying to help or fix the problem. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed with the service. I do not recommend this hotel.

Morgenmaden var under kritik. Der var ikke nok pålæg, ost og æg. Beskidt service. Selv om personalet fik at vide at der manglede mad . Gik der længe før der kom lidt ud. Det forsvandt mehet hurtigst da vi var mange til morgenmad. Værelset var okey rent. Vi var i tvivl om lined var rene eller ej. Fandt make up og andre pletter på det. Lobbyen lugtede kraftigt af røg. Kun ejeren mødte os med smil , resten virkede ikke interesseret i at hjælpe.

Einkauf Möglichkeit ist sehr gut alles in der Nähe Was mir nicht Gut gefallen wenn man Zimmer Karte oder Schlüssel verloren hat muss man Gebühren bezahlen und nach dem rausschicken komplette Zimmer wird überprüft ob alles in Ordnung ist so lange das alles nicht in Ordnung ist lassen dich nicht rausgehen und das finde ich nicht schön .
