Friendly staff! Would definitely recommend. Honest staff too. No taxi scams here. Quoted 550-600 for the ride to our next destination and it was accurate.

Asian side Istanbul

Very convenient as it is 2 blocks from the busses and ferries plus havist bus to ist airport is right there as well. Newly renovated rooms only thing is mattresses are hard not soft on the back.

It is a nice Hotel. Very close to various transportations. My room was small but clean. It was a bit difficult to use the toilet as it was very close to the shower cabin with vert little space in between. Staff was helpful. However i found it very noisy. It is a very popular area and I was kind of ok with the noise coming from outside. But, the noises from other rooms were bit disturbing.

Very newly renovated and clean. All things work very well. The Wi-Fi speed is among the best so far. No kettle and hot water in room could be a big drawback.

304号室、ダブルベッドといいつつシングルベッドを２つつなげたものであった。それは特に問題ないが、窓側のベッドが傾いていて寝心地が悪く深く眠れなかった。 翌朝スタッフAに伝えたところ、別の部屋（2階のエレベーターのない部屋）に変更してくれたが、同日夕刻に部屋に入ろうとしたところ朝対応したスタッフAはそのことを覚えておらず、マネジャらしきスタッフBに電話してやっとキーをもらった。そのときも面倒くさそうで気分を害した。3泊目も2階の同じ部屋であったが、今度はキーが使用できず結局スタッフBにカードキー設定をし直してもらった。スタッフAの操作ミスと思われる。 マネジャらしきスタッフBの素敵な笑顔と、非常に心づかいができるスタッフCのおかげで心地よい時間もあったが、スタッフAの対応で非常にこのホテルに対する印象が悪い。立地もよく、街歩きに最高だが、一人のスタッフのせいで非常にもったいない。

Çalışanlara 10 puan!

Çalışanlar her konuda cok yardımcı oldular, olmazı oldurdular. Şehri cok rahat dolaşabildim. Konumu harika. Odanın ve banyonun büyüklüğü cok iyiydi ve temizdi. Tek başıma kaldım ama 3 kişi çok rahat eder. Fiyatı da bu konum için gayet iyi.

Es war sehr angenehm und alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Bus, das Schiff und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, sind die unbequemen Matratzen. Aber ansonsten Tip Top.

Plus: Praktisk placering i forhold til færger og offentlig transport; fx er det supernemt at komme dertil fra SAW lufthavnen. Personalet var hurtige til at finde en løsning efter at der havde været en misforståelse om rum-typen. Minus: Dårlig lydisolering: Vi kunne høre samtaler og TV fra et andet værelse i nærheden, og vi var heller ikke i tvivl, når elevatoren var i brug. Gaden, som hotellet ligger i, er ikke særlig charmerende.
