Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel war ganz ok

Die Zimmer sind soweit ganz ok, im Bad gibt es keine Steckdose, damit kann man sich z.B. nicht den Bart kürzen. Die Spülung der WCs sind sehr laut. Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend mit viel Verkehr, wer dagegen empfindlich ist, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Die Klimaanlage ist gut. Man muss die Fenster nachts schließen und die Klima laufen lassen, dann kann man schlafen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Terrasse, wo das Frühstücksbuffet morgens angeboten wird. Durch die tolle Aussicht aus der Terrasse werden die Minuspunkte vergessen. Lage ist recht zentral und man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

The only good thing about the hotel is its location and the view from restaurant/cafeteria. The hotel staff is not very welcoming, and communication in English is a big problem. The rooms are very dull, there is no isolation in walls or doors. You can hear people whispering from other rooms. At times it felt like someone is coming in our room because of no sound isolation on doors and you can see people walking in the corridor from below, thats very uncomfortable. Beds are extremely noisy. No water pressure in shower if your using warm water. Toilet looks dirty, and the electricity goes out every 5/10 minutes. We asked so many times for tissue papers, got none. The room service only makes up the bed, they don’t clean. They didn’t even change our towels once, only hung them up in the room to dry. There is no minibar, so not possible to make coffee or tea in room. Lastly, I would not recommend this hotel for people who are looking to have an enjoyable time. This hotel is fine as an emergency, a real emergency. As the overall quality isn’t good. This is definitely not a 4 star. No idea on what bases people are giving this hotel a strong rating, its very misleading.

Very disappointing

This hotel is in very bad condition and except for a very nice man in the reception area, no one seem to care much. The hotel is attached to a clothing store and the reception area is full of boxes and packages of clothes. The room although large had a very strong tobacco smell. The thermostat did not work. Power went off several times during the stay. Room had paper wall detached. The vent fan in the bathroom was very noisy. I could not find signs of a pool like the ones showed in the brochure Breakfast room in the top floor had water stains all over. The dispenser for mineral water in breakfast room had an empty bottle on top and three more empty bottles around, no one care to change it, so I was unable to drink water during breakfast.

Sehr gutes hotel super

War sehr gut sauber gutes früchtuck nette leute sehr gut ich var zufrieden aber das Flughafen in Istanbul haben mich geärgert wegen visa obwohl ich keine visa brauche wegen 1 woche visa haben wir für 3 Person 315€ das war aber Pech für mich die Verstehen nur türkische Sprache kein englich kein arabick kein Deutsch Das war für mich so traurig und teuer Mfg

The room was quite comfortable, some furniture may be old but eveything is clean in general. The staff was really great, they were very polite, processed everything very quickly, were very responsive to requests. The hotel is very good value for money.

Nice Hotel Close to Metro Station

I recommend this hotel due to many reasons : 1 - Excellent staff, very friendly and very helpful especially Mr cancer (Turkish Name) 2- Near restaurants, markets, shops, close to Metro Station and tramway 3- The cleaning ladies are very respectable and lovable 4- very clean hotel and delicious breakfast I am a permanent guest of this hotel and would recommend itز

Отель какой-то «минимальный» во всем. При средней+ цене. В номерах темно, для девочек приспособлен плохо (зеркала для макияжа , света нет); кресла не удобные, матрасы/одеяла дешевые, кофе-сок плохие, халата нет, нагрев батареи не регулируется, косметический набор в ванной сведен к самому аскетичному минимуму, сауна давно отключена как лишняя опция; но... жить можно. Вполне. Хороший администратор! А теперь у отеля появился штопор (мы оставили его для следующих гостей), так что теперь точно жить можно :).

Hatte für eine Woche gebucht,das Hotel ansich zum Übernachten ist O.K. .Lage ist 15 bis 25 min Fußläufig von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt.Abends bis ca 23 Uhr kann es auf der Strasse sehr laut werden. Rezeption ist durchgängig besetzt,beide Fahrstühle machten einen sicheren Eindruck.Enttäuschend empfand ich den Service,es gibt keine Infos,z.B. wann und wo gibt es Frühstück,wie funktioniert der Zimmersafe,wo bekomme ich das Passwort für den WLAN Zugang.Es wird kaum Englisch gesprochen,was die Sache nicht einfacher macht.Zimmer werden täglich aufgeräumt,Sauberkeit sieht aber anders aus.TV funktioniert,allerdings nur ein deutscher Sender(ZDF). Der Innenpool ist im Keller und lädt nicht wirklich zum Schwimmen ein. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse,wo das Frühstück mit einem schönen Aúsblick abgerundet wird.Die Essensauswahl ist durchschnitlich.
