This stay and hotel was spectacular. The property is very well-maintained and the staff was extremely personable and hospitable. They noticed my birthday on my passport and had a slice of cake for me on that day - it was a sweet surprise! On top of the beautiful staff and property, the location was optimal for site-seeing.

Location, location, location! Close to all major tourist attractions in old Istanbul (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazar, 7-10 minutes walking distance). Very quite and clean, excelent breakfast, wonderful stuff. A perfect balance between price and services offered.

Our stay here was enjoyable. Our room was on the smaller side, but it was just 2 of us, so was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. The hotel itself is boutique, with not many rooms. Our room was on the ground floor, right in front of the door, but there was no noise or any disturbance. The personal touches were nice also - the welcome sign in reception, the Turkish delight in the room and the friendly note on the bed. The only thing worth noting is that there was no powerpoint in the bathroom, and when I used the hotel hairdryer, it smelt like smoke.
