Really pretty bad. We had reasonable expectations but this was disgusting. I don't know for sure but I think they may have been overbooked and put us in a room under construction. The bathroom was repulsive. Black mold everywhere. We slept there the first night and when we went to shower the water was pouring directly out on the floor. We called the front desk and they said they would give us a new room later. But we wanted to shower before heading out. They found a room someone had checked out of and we stayed there for the next night. It was an updated room but far from luxury. A little cleaner but I would NOT stay there again.

不滿:設施服務和住宿狀況
Location is great - walking distance to main attractions. The hotel itself is incredibly dated and is in serious need of being renovated. Anyone with asthma or a dust allergy would struggle. The hotel staff are nice and helpful- no complaints there. It's a shame, as location and staff were great. However based on the hotel itself i would not recommend.

Me gustó en general mi estancia el hotel, todo el personal fue super amable, atento y amigable. Excelente servicio. El desayuno estaba bien, bastante variado para diferentes gustos, agradezco que tenían bastantes opciones de verdura. La ubicación no podría ser mejor, en una zona que queda a pie de los lugares imperdibles de Estambul, así como del transporte público, además de muchas tiendas y restaurantes, llegué una vez en la madrugada y se sentía bien iluminado y seguro. Los cons serían que las instalaciones del hotel son viejas, el aire acondicionado, lo muebles, las paredes, las alfombras, a todo le falta una renovadita, pero a mí no me molestó ese aspecto. También, por lo mismo que hay muchos restaurantes es una zona un poco ruidosa, yo personalmente tengo el sueño muy pesado y pude dormir perfecto, aunque podría ser un problema para otras personas.

Pros- nice location, room was clean, breakfast was decent, stuff helpful. Cons- hotel itself is very outdated. Big part of the Lobby room is dark and filled with stuff. Hotel has an access to the roof with an incredible view, but it is not in use for anything. Needed an iron, got it only on the second day. Water in the shower was not draining. And it is on the street with restaurants, so every night it was very laud from outside till 1-2am. I probably won’t stay here again unless there will be some renovations.

The hotel is very central and within walking distance to the tram, shopping and restaurants. The front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good. Hotel, though, needs an upgrade with new carpets and room decor as well as reception area. Else a wonderful stay at the hotel.

L'hotel è a due passi dalle principali attrazioni, in zona pedonale piena di ristoranti e minimarket. Per questo c'è un po' di rumore, ma non di traffico. La struttura nelle parti comuni, è vetusta e trascurata avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione urgente. Le stanze sono sufficientemente pulite e i letti comodi con buona dotazione. La colazione discreta. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Under average for 50€ per night
Absolutely terrible experience. The room was full of mold and musty wooden smell. It triggered my Asthma. Very small and congested room. The bathroom was not so clean. Had trouble with hot and cold shower. The breakfast was below average for the price. The only positive thing is that it's 7 minutes walk from Sirkeci Marmaray station. I stayed there for only one night

I am a returning customer, but was disappointed this visit. There was not drinking water provided in the hotel room and when we asked for some, front desk told us to go to the nearest store to buy our own.

everything super good the only thing is that in the room they gave us there were bedbugs. I have my face with those insect bites. otherwise super rich. good breakfast, super service although they lack a little more in cleaning. and the site where it is located is super exceptional.
