The room was spotless with lots of amenities. The staff were constantly checking in to make sure everything was great about my stay. Their knowledge on the city for tourists was excellent and they even gave me tips on how to navigate the city. They also have a rooftop restaurant which a really great view. They really went above and beyond.

The room was spotless and very spacious. We could relax, feeling very much at home. Staff is extremely friendly. We felt very much taken care of. There is also a roof top restaurant where you have a view over the old city, and public transport (tram) is almost at the doorstep. The reception is always there with advice - great, beautiful hotel.

Es wurde sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert, wir wurden mehrmals gefragt ob wir noch etwas benötigen etc. Kurz vor der Abreise wurde für uns sogar eine vertrauenswürdiger Flughafentransfer organisiert.

Girişteki resepsiyon yetkilileri çok ilgili arkadaşlardı ama hakkımız olan giriş saatinden (14.00) 40dk sonra (14.40) gibi giriş yaptık,oda henüz temizlenmemiş ve hazır değildi,çift olarak bekletildik, odamıza geçtikten 2-3 saat sonra erkek bir housekeeping odamıza kapı kilitli olmasına rağmen ve içerden seslenmemize rağmen ısrarla kapıyı açma girişiminde bulundu,inanılmaz rahatsız edici bi durumdu,gece konaklaması yapmadan check out yapmak zorunda kaldık,asla bir daha konaklama yapmayacağım.
