Great hotel with efficient and friendly staff members. My nice room on the 4th floor had a balcony with a lovely view. Breakfasts at the nice restaurant next door were creative, diverse and quite large. Good team at the restaurant, also.

Conveniently located in one of the better suburbs of Istanbul. Everything is within walking distance. Close enough to a main road but not close that close where the noise of busy traffic interferes with your stay. Shopping both high end and bargain hunting is close by. Grand Bazaar is a 14min walk over the Galata bridge. A cute boutique 4 story hotel with Rooms that are very clean and comfortable. As expected anywhere in Turkey hotel staff are extremely accomodating to your needs and are happy to provide you with what else you may require. Definitely will rebook upon my next visit.

It’s was our first time at this hotel .I will not at all recommend to any of my family or friends for this hotel. The person on the check in and check out desk were not at all welcoming as we checked in late 3 at night we request if they can give us 1 hour late checkout they did not agree but argue with us ,even while at checkout for forgetting room card in room the person on desk gave us rude reply , beside this pillows and bed are in very bad condition the mattress was very bad they really need to change there mattress as it was so bumpy

Hotel con muy muy buena ubicación y a gran precio. La atención del personal es increíble y sobre todo, buscan ayudarte. Yo dejé mi celular en un taxi que tome de la calle y me ayudaron a contactarlo y que pudiera recuperar mi celular.

Gute geräumige und saubere Zimmer. Nettes und hilfreiches Personal. Super Standort. Viele Möglichkeiten zu Fuß, wie z.B. Restaurants Cafés Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Direkt unterm Hotel gibt es ebenfalls ein schönes Café.

Amazing staff amazing hotel!

The staff at this hotel are amazing! There is nothing they can’t do, anything I wanted they were more than happy to help! They really made my stay enjoyable and stress free. The hotel in itself is very nice. The fixture and fittings are of a high quality with heating floors and mirrors in the bathroom. The spa facilities are also very good the stream room and sauna are great after a busy day out in a hectic city like Istanbul. The hotels location is very central with Taksim square only a five minute walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the local vicinity so you will never go bored or hungry! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and next time I’m in Istanbul I will only stay here! Thank you so much for making my stay an amazing experience!

Hotels ve otel arasında bağlantı kopukluğu var. 4 kişi personelim ike otele check-in için gittiğimizde hotels'in bilgilendirme yapmadığını öğrendik. Ayrıca kahvaltılı alıyorsunuz ekstra masraf yapıyorsunuz ama otel gidince kahvaltı olmadığı söylendi. Baya sıkıntı yaşadık. Bence iyice düşünün...
