Für 2 Tage Zwischenstopp war dieses Hotel optimal geeignet für uns.Es ist sehr sauber,frischbezogene saubere Betten, top Klimanlage,Kühlschrank,Föhn sind vorhanden, nur das Mobiliar ist runtergekommen was jetzt für uns nicht schlimm war. Das Frühstück ist typisch Türkisch wie Menemen, Pommes, Gekochte Eier,Börekrolle, Brot,Simit, verschiedene Käsesorten- und Gemüseaufschnitt. Aufstriche wie Schokocreme,Butter, Marmeladesorten, Honig,Tahin mit Traubenmelasse. Tee, Kaffeesorten, Wasser, Cornflakes und Müslisorten und Milch, für jedermann was da. Der Ort des Hotels ist zu Fuss 5-10 Min. Nahe der "Beyazıt Meydanı" und "Kapalı Çarşı".Dort gibt es auch eine Metro Haltestelle wenn man nich 30Min. zu Fuss zu "Mısır Çarşısı" & Blue Mosque/Sultanahmet Camii laufen möchte. Sind zufriedene Gäste, vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter.

The hotel Offer spa THERE IS NO SPA..the hotel offer room service NO ROOM SERVICE..the hotel offer terrace restaurant THAT DOESNT EXIST, rude front desk personnel, NO ICE IN THE ENTIRE HOTEL, the first day the house keeping lady entered our room with a men!!! We were sleeping and they decided check the toilet, a men inside our room without permission!! Unacceptable.... terrible hotel go to another place Please!!

The heating system of the hotel and the room was very weak and useless, the air in the room was really cold and they did not take care of it every time we informed them, the condition of the breakfast was not good at all, and the facilities you mentioned in the hotel, such as the bar, etc., did not exist at all. Good hotel. Simple.. No frills. Close to lots of good restaurants 15-20 mins walk to the blue mosque area. 10 mins walk to the Grand bazaar. Lots of trams and buses around. They made a really beautiful gesture for my little boys birthday by bringing him a cake to our room with candles. Thank you The rooms might be basic but there are large. We had a double bed and two single beds. There was plenty of space in the room. Water bottles, slippers and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was basic. Could do with some fresh fruit. I asked for some things and the kitchen staff were happy to help.. This is an old city but adequate for our weekend break. Thank you.

Bad experience, everything was bad , 4 stars hotel !!! I think this should be less than 3 Poor breakfast , even the place where the breakfast serviced is really dark under the ground Nothing working shower broken , electricity cables hanging outside the wall , it is not safe , moisture in the walls , tow many broken things , not finished renovation on bathroom , need to be done Long long list …. It is very noisy from inside and outside , construction around the hotel , working late night and early morning Staff nice but this not improving the quality Cleaning was good

don't get trapped

It's the worst hotel I've had and I don't understand how it's a 4 star hotel when it doesn't deserve more than 3 stars. In short, the room is tiny cleaned with the water of javal when there is cleaning (there are times when the cleaning is not done). The breakfast is very poor and low-end, if I tell you that the juice is only a mixture of syrup with water, I let you imagine the rotten quality of breakfast. The insulation is poorly done, we hear the discussions of the neighbors during the evening (we can't go to bed before everyone is asleep) and also in the morning we are woken up by the noise of the street It was a wasted stay because of this hotel.
