The worst day of my life. I booked for four days but ran away from the first day. The apartment was dirty, there were small cockroaches everywhere, and everything about it was terrifying. Do not pay even one dollar for this place.

Not happy with room .I got room not what I ordered To got room what I ordered took 20 hours. Stuff doesn’t speak English. You cannot communicate with nobody. They don’t understand you whatever you say they keep telling you no problem but problem was still there!.

The room was fine, just had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. Also, when I checked in, they said there was airport transfer service, but when I was leaving they said it wasn’t available. In the end, though, they still helped me arrange it, which I appreciated.

Das Zimmer war unglaublich dreckig und für check ın nıcht vorbereitet, roch extrem nach Zigaretten rauch und der Schrank, in dem man Klamotten aufhängen konnte, roch nach Schweiß. Der Fußboden im Bad war mit foller flusen. Und die Türzarge ausgehobelt, deshalb konnte mann die Tür von Badezimmer nicht abschließen. Die Armlehnen vom Sessel waren abgenutz und fettig. Der Tisch im raum hatte keine Umrandungsfurnier. Am Bett waren keine Kommoden und Kopfteil vom Bett war locker( nicht mit dem Bett festgeschraubt)! Und im Badezimmer war seifenspender defekt und die Brause in der Dusche auch. Außerdem ist das Hotel für Familien nicht geeignet, da ständig merkwürdige Personen verkehrten. Vor allem …. Das einzig gute an dem Hotel war, dass das personal. Wir können nicht verstehen, wie Sie mit solchen Hotels zusammenarbeiten können.

The room was Ok value for money, a bit old fashioned and mirrors everywhere at least on my room. The pillows were unnecesarily high and thick, bring your own if yuu have neck problems, the matress was very comfortable and there is a fridge. I had issues with the "Shuttle" service. I asked few times to double check about this service for an early flight and I was told by 2 different receptionists that it was free of charge (as shown on the website as part of the booking). When the taxi (not shuttle) came, I was charged by the taxi driver. I told him the hotel told me it was free, and he replied "hotel problem". And them not speaking good English is an additional issue. I don't know what sort of agreements the hotel has with the taxis. If they (taxis) see you are a tourist they will rip you off and take advantage.Comunication can be an issue even with Google translate, so be prepared. Book a taxi yourself, to at least make sure you don't pay tripple the price, (even it is not guarantee)instead of using this "dodgy" shuttle system, and make sure the person in reception speaks good english to avoid dissapointment and last minute stress. Good luck

The name on the outside of the building is different. Many receptions. Room was clean but there ants in the kitchen and a bug in the bathroom. Did not feel safe as a solo female traveller.

El personal fue atento y amable, aunque si que es verdad que la primera persona que nos recibió no hablaba inglés. Pero cada problema que tuvimos (con la luz y la tele) lo solucionaron enseguida. Por otra parte la limpieza podría mejorarse. En general, es un buen hotel de paso para una noche, porque esta cerca del aeropuerto. No tiene servicio al aeropuerto, pero sí nos llamaron el taxi.

Literally EVERYTHING was a lie. No shuttle as advertised (which was massively inconvenient!) no pool as advertised, no breakfast on site as advertised and just a mini fridge (though it is advertised it will have a full size in each room) no microwave, old water left in tea kettle, no night stands, counter in the bathroom and the bathroom floor not clean, mold spots on walls, no coat or towel hooks, no one came to clean room, annoying bright blue light in bedroom that disrupts sleep, right underneath a smoking room with a dog that barked all night! I had to track down rude staff to get more toilet paper! They were so stingy with the coffee and tea packets! The toilet broke, shower needs repairs and the power went out twice! Literally only two staff members who were pleasant and that’s the only reason for the two stars. Muhammad was very very accommodating and pleasant, he deserves a raise because he was very attentive, nice, polite, helpful and respectful when everyone else was rude, unhelpful and dismissive except a very kind gentleman who helped me order food in the restaurant. I wish I caught his name

This hotel is one of seven hotels in the building. It is a massive building and very impressive. The room was nice, spacious and clean. for a three star, It is more than sufficient. Location was great, and you could find many restaurants and cafés close by.
