The staff at the hotel made my stay great, they were so friendly and helpful. For example, they helped me let me borrow a travel card to use during my stay.
There was a downside. My original room (room 402) was very noisy, located underneath the kitchen I could hear the doors swinging most of the night then again early in the morning. The staff quickly resolved this again proving how great they are at helping guests!
The location of the hotel is only a 15-minute walk to the historical sites and a 5-minute walk to the T1 tram allowing you easy access to other sites like Dolmabahce Palace

Great hotel in a good location
The location of the hotel is very good. Please note if using a taxi of the street they cannot get to the door of the hotel as it is in a restricted area. Taxis organised by the hotel have rights to drive up to the entrance of the hotel.
The room was nice. The only drawback was there was not enough hanging space for clothing. We had to keep most of our clothes in our suitcase.
Fabulous views from the rooftop restaurant (you have breakfast at this level) plus it is a formal restaurant at midday and in the evenings. Really good food. Fantastic service. A little pricey.

Este está sobre calificado, no está en su mejor estado posible ni en mantenimiento ni en limpieza, las habitaciones son obscuras.
Ell Personal de recepción es eficiente y muy amable, sin embargo el personal en el restaurante tiene un servicio muy deficiente, esperamos mucho tiempo por el desayuno, queríamos pedir un segundo café y el personal simplemente estaba ocupado fumando en la terraza. La persona que te recibe en el restaurante era la única que estaba cerca así que le le pedimos el café, tuvo el mal tono de decir que sus compañeros estaban ocupados que en un momento más vendrían mientras nosotros los veíamos fumar a 2 metros de nosotros en la terraza.
