Very impeccable hotel with exceptional service and comfortable room and bedding. I highly recommend to everyone visiting the Sultanahmet area in Istanbul (very close walking distance to Blue Mosque and Ayasofya). The breakfast was also amazing and I would definitely visit again. Staff were extremely friendly and caring.

The location is perfect to walk to the Blue Mosque, Haga Sofia, etc. Also good restaurants and local stores. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisted with finding a pharmacy that was still open late in evening. Good breakfast buffet and Turkish coffee. Room very clean and provided waters. Would have given 5 stars but the beds were uncomfortable.

The staff was truly the highlight of my stay. Everyone was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and fluent in English, which made such a difference while traveling in a foreign country. They helped me book my train to Konya, arranged taxis/Ubers to the airport on several occasions, and were always willing to help with my luggage. Whenever I missed breakfast, they even prepared a to-go breakfast sandwich and other items for me. They consistently went above and beyond, and I always felt that someone was there to help whenever I needed it. That level of kindness and hospitality was the most impressive part of my stay. The location was also excellent—very walkable to the main historical sights. The breakfast was very good, and the view was beautiful as well. Overall, I was extremely happy with my stay, especially because of the wonderful staff. They made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of throughout my time in Istanbul.

Our stay was fantastic, with just one exception: the airport transfer. Despite booking it in advance, no one picked us up, and after waiting an hour at the airport, we had to arrange our own ride. However, once we made it to the hotel, everything was completely flawless.
