Hotel war sehr schmutzig, Toilette war nicht sauber. Bettwäsche waren schmutzig, auf dem Boden überall Haare. Ab und zu gab es kein Wasser, kein Toilettenpapier! Nie wieder in diesem hotel.

La persona que esta en recepción no habla ingles, solo turco y ruso. Esto hizo imposible poder pedir informacion de transporte etc. No encontraban nuestra reservacion aun cuando ya habia hablado para confirmar. La habitacion olia muchisimo a cigarro y estaba muy sucia, sabanas manchadas, sillosn sucio y no habia ropa de cama para el sofa y con el tema del idioma fue imposible solicitarla.

Odanın duşa kabininin yarısı yoktu.Kırılmış yenisi takılmamış ,duş alırken su banyoya taşıyordu.Oda temizliği olarak sadece çarşaf değiştiriliyor, onun dışında birşey yapılmıyor.Personele kendimiz süpürmek için süpürge sorduk, var da iyi değil koridorun sonunda diye cevap aldık. Lavabolar ve çarşaflar çok kirliydi. Genel olarak temizlik 0.
