The staff were great, very help full and polite. The room was okay , bed good, shower good apart from a bit of mould on grout. The location was fantastic, just minuets walk for the train station or 5 minuets from the tramway. We stayed on 5th floor and it was still quite noisy but hay this is Istanbul !! It's Mad , it's loud it's crazy, it's intense, and I love it!!

Ich persönlich fand das Hotel eher nicht so gut Bett war wackelig hart und unbequem frühstücksbuffet ist ansichtssache ich habe lieber draußen gefrühstückt. Für für einen längeren Urlaub meiner Meinung nach nicht geeignet und wenn man sich im Hotel aufhalten möchte ist es auch nicht zu empfehlen Punkt nur zur Übernachtung könnte man sagen gehe ich wieder hin.

Un sejoour catastrophique

Séjour horrible le réceptionniste de jour nest jamais present, ca fume dans lhotel alors quil y a des grandes affiche interdit de fumer personnes ne dit rien. Nos voisine parle cris porte ouverte et emballe des colis jusqua 1h pendants 5jours du matin mur tres fin, je vous laisse imaginer les heures de sommeil laisse les dechets demballage sur le palier il y a soit disant le menage tout les jours le lit et juste tirer le sol nest pas fait, douche cassee jamais réparer pour un 3 étoiles pas de coffre fort pas de bouilloir cafetiere ou un fer a repasser.... ne vous attendez pas a etre comprise en anglais ni a avoir une chambre convenable.

Die Unterkunft ist Zentral in Aksaray und die Straßenbahn ist sehr gut zu erreichen . Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. In Istanbul geht man in die Unterkunft nur zum schlafen und dafür ist die Unterkunft gut.

Die wahrscheinlich schlimmste Hotelerfahrunf die ich bisher machen musste. Wir bekamen zunächst ein Zimmer im 2. Stock zugewiesen. Schon beim Betreten waren wir geschockt übrr den Zustand des Zimmers (dreckig, eng, abgenutzt, Klobrille war in der Mitte komplett durchgebrochen). Als wir jedoch an der Wand eine erschlagene Kakerlake entdeckten sprachen wir dies sofort bei der Rezeption an. Uns wurde gesagt, dass das nicht sein könne aber wir "durften" uns trotzdem ein weiteres Zimmer im 6. Stock ansehen. Auch wenn hier die Sauberkeit ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig ließ war Zumindest der Schnitt besser und wir konnten keine Anzeichen von Kakerlaken entdecken. Als wir der Rezeption mitteilten, dass wir im 6. Stock bleiben möchten gestand man uns, dass es im 2. Stock ein Kakerlakenproblem gab und, dass das uns anfangs zugeteilte Zimmer während den Behandlungsmaßnahmen vermutlich besetzt war und deshalb noch nicht behandelt worden war. Trotzdem wurde uns dieses Zimmer ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken zugeteilt- auch, dass wir unsere 3 Jährige Tochter bei uns hatten löste wohl keine Schuldgefühle aus. Ich könnte noch sehr viel mehr schreiben aber denke, dass so ein Vorfall schon Grund genug sein sollte es sich 2 mal zu überlegen ob man hier bleiben möchte. Der Preis war natürlich weit unter dem Durchschnitt, hat sich aber im Endeffekt nicht gelohnt. Nie wieder!
