El hotel es acogedor, limpio y con habitaciones muy grandes y bonitas. el banco grande, muy bien equipado y limpio. El desayuno bueno no con muchísima variedad pero si suficiente y los alimentos de calidad y muy buenos. buenos pasteles y alimentos saludables y frescos. personal muy amable tanto en recepción como en todos los servicios. se pueden usar las instalaciones del hotel de enfrente que es de 5* y más grande. repetiría sin duda. Solo a mejorar el estado y tamaño de los colchones. en la habitación doble tuvimos tres camas de 90cm con colchones a mejorar.

Very good breakfast though could have made it easier to get cutlery . Lovely room and great surroundings ,very convenient for old city . It was my son’s birthday during our visit, and Meryem (Guest Relations) organised a surprise birthday celebration for him. We were having breakfast as normal, and as we were finishing up, we were astonished to hear a loud chanting of "Happy Birthday to you!" coming from behind us. We turned around and saw all the hotel staff walking in a procession, singing and whistling - even the kitchen staff! They arrived with a birthday cake complete with candles, balloons, and gifts for all the children. My son was so happy and excited, and after the initial shock wore off, he was telling everyone he could about his birthday surprise. A special thank you to Meryem from Guest Relations for going to all that trouble for my son; you truly made his day. A huge thank you also to all the staff involved in the birthday procession and for their outstanding service throughout our stay: Jasmine from Guest Relations, who constantly looked after us; Hikmah from Guest Relations, who was also trying to arrange a birthday surprise and gave a lovely birthday card; Zakariya, Mohammed Reza, Aynura, who took such good care of us. Finally, a special thank you to Yasin and Sezgin, who constantly brought us food and looked after us so well when we had breakfast on the rooftop. A massive thank you to all the staff, and please forgive me if I have forgotten to mention anyone’s name—everyone here was truly exceptional.

Good staff. Were very helpful. Hotel is in excellent location very close to sights and on an restaurant row. Rooms were modern but lacking some common sense - a desk with no functioning power outlet. Walk in shower with no hand rails. Towel rackfor only one towel. Good restaurant. Good breakfast. Elevators are small. I think i would stay there again.

It was wonderful having access to the sister hotel to enjoy the pool, gym and breakfast as well as lovely courtyard space. Staff, notably Fatemah at Reception, Nazil, at breakfast and our cleaner, Tita were excellent. The room was lovely, but sachets were not replaced and greater attention would have been appreciated there. There was only one drawer above the fridge and my husband did not unpack as no space for clothes. The hotel is brilliantly placed to see the major sights. Thank you for a super stay . We would recommend the Sura Design Hotel.

The hotel was lovely and in a really good area to access tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The room was large and clean. Sraff celebrated our anniversary by giving us some treats in the room which was very kind. The breakfast was basic but nice. We enjoyed our stay here and would retun back to this hotel if we were in istanbul again.

I booked through Expedia for two adults, two kids, after 20+ hours of flight, we were told that the check-in said they only saved one room for us which only have one king size bed. Front desk staff seems irritated with a question I didn’t have any option in the last minute, I wouldn’t book this hotel again. Food around this hotel is extremely expensive almost triple the price than the regular restaurant.
