The owner was very welcoming and extremely nice! He greeted us with coffee and tea. Then, he upgraded our room to a room on the 5th floor with a balcony as a gift to my mother. Super cute hotel.

Overall, you get what you pay for. The hotel is fairly basic, and the rooms have definitely seen better days, but considering the price, it's about what you'd expect. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely tried to be helpful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, there was a major water outage affecting a large part of the city during my stay. From what I understand, it started around the time I checked in, so I don't blame the hotel for the situation itself. Unfortunately, the outage lasted throughout the night, although the staff initially expected the water to be restored much sooner. I understand this was beyond the hotel's control, and I appreciate the staff's efforts. All things considered, it's a reasonable budget option if you keep your expectations realistic.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!
