I had a great experience with this hotel. The staff were very kind and professional, and the service was excellent. I booked a room for my parents, and at first they had a small concern and wanted to change their room. The team handled it very quickly and did their best to make sure my parents were satisfied. They were truly respectful and helpful. I really recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who needs to visit the VFS center.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We were woken up early am for a few days due to loud construction noise directly at outside of our room window. We should have been given a better room upon check-in without this annoying noise, and lack of privacy (as we could see construction workers directly at our window almost each morning).

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to Mahmood and the entire staff. Unfortunately, my husband broke his foot during our trip and we needed to rent a wheelchair. We had originally booked two nights and tried to return home early, but when that wasn’t possible, Mahmood managed to extend our stay for two additional nights even though the hotel was fully booked. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They guided us on accessible places to visit given our situation, allowed us to stay in the room past checkout, and arranged a taxi to the airport. Their kindness and support made a huge difference. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff, excellent facilities, and great location.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut, und die Lage in der Nähe des Taksim-Platzes ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Besonders praktisch ist auch der günstige externe Parkplatz direkt nebenan (ca. 10 €/Tag). Verbesserungswürdig sind allerdings die dünnen Wände – man konnte leider einiges aus dem Nebenzimmer hören. Außerdem sind einige Ausstattungsdetails etwas abgenutzt, zum Beispiel das WC. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit gutem Service und fairen Preisen.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff is professional. There are two things worth mentioning. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and you can clearly hear the people next to you talking. Some people above us kept making a lot of noise until 3 AM every night, which was really disturbing. The housekeeping is not really doing anything but taking out your garbage.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The staff especially Isa, were really helpful and welcoming throughout the duration of our visit. They went out of their way to provide excellent service for example booking us cheaper taxis, recommending sites to visit and providing advice on which mode of transport was best to take. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from Taksim square and a convenient location to get to both areas on the Asian and European side of Turkey. The area around the property seemed unsafe at first but we got used to it and we didn’t have any problems, even travelling at night. The hotel is at the bottom of a steep hill so be prepared to walk the incline. The WiFi could be improved, it was quite slow at times. The walls were also thin so we could hear loud conversations from the room next door but the staff were helpful when we complained and tried to ask the other guests to quieten down.

El servicio por parte de Jesús ha sido muy bueno. Uno de los problemas que hemos visto has sido el tema de la ducha; Al poner el agua en la temperatura deseada de un momento a otro se ponía de otra temperatura. Otro problema ha sido el tema del ruido, se escucha mucho lo que hay fuera de la habitación. Por el resto ha sido una excelente estancia.

Personale molto disponibile e gentile, pronto ad aiutarti in mille modi, in particolare Jesus, Alex, Yusuf e Asaf. Rapporto qualità prezzo top, tuttavia la struttura si trova a 15 minuti a piedi da piazza Taksim, che non sarebbe un problema se non fosse per il fatto che sono 15 minuti in salita su strade abbastanza dissestate e polverose per i lavori in corso. Suggerirei di pensare ad un servizio navetta per portare gli ospiti a Piazza Taksim, in quanto da lì ci sono poi tutti i mezzi immaginabili: Metro, funicolare, bus etc… la camera era spaziosa e carina ma un po’ rumorosa (il vetro della finestra non insonorizzava molto) però il personale era disposto a cambiarmi la stanza in una posizione più silenziosa.
