「Team were positive and reactive. Property was new so its equipment and furniture. The brands are from a a famous supplier such as Bosch. There is not food court to serve breakfast. Communication between reception staff is poor. To adjust AC in your room, you need to call the reception to adjust it remotely. They are very strict when it comes to evict the property at 12pm. They did not agree tpo extend our stay by 1 Hr. although we stayed there for 10 days.」

「Very nice room and bathroom. The check-in was smooth and the staff was kind and helpful. The location is perfect because it is around 500 meters from Taksim Square on Istiklal Street. The Istiklal Street Tram has a stop right outside the hotel (Aga Camii). The hotel is 2 blocks from the main road where you can find buses to pretty much anywhere including Karakoy and Eminonu. 「Very good with communicating especially when you need help about places and suggestions regarding Istanbul. It is in the center of everything but is quiet once you are in hotel. It is near food places and major attractions and train. I would recommend it to my friends and family.」
