「I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Universal Studio Japan and Kaiyukan Aquarium. The location is not so convenient if you are exploring other parts of Osaka. The hotel is full of vibrant energy as most other people are teenagers during my stay. There are not many dining options nearby but te microwave corner on the 1st floor makes me happy as I can buy food from convenience stores and re-heat it there. The spa on the 3rd floor is amazing. I like the mist sauna particularly. My room...

「Prime location, but cramped space and AC/service issues What we liked: * Excellent location right near the train station * Incredible variety of nearby restaurants and food options What could be better: * Room was quite small—we knew Osaka hotel rooms are compact, but this was still too small for comfort * Weak air conditioning during the summer (stayed warm even at 20°C on high fan) * Weak Wi-Fi signal in the room * Inconsistent housekeeping (bed left unmade on a few days despite the request...

「Very comfortable and convenient hotel!」
