"良かった点 ・サウナがきれいでした。 ・一通りの食器等そろっており、不足なものはありませんでした。 ・清掃も行き届いていると思いました。 残念だった点 ・入室後、床暖房のスイッチがどこにあるのか、わかりづらかったです。 ・洗面室に入るドアノブのネジが緩んでおり、滞在中何度も取れ不便でした。 ・ホットプレートが傷だらけで使用感がありすぎました。 ・ドッグランは芝や土ではなく、一部あちこち擦り切れた人工芝のようなものが敷かれており、石などもありケガが怖かったので、犬を遊ばせることはできませんでした。"

"混雑時期だったため少し割高ではありましたが、それでも十分にコストパフォーマンスの高い宿だと感じました。 景色がとても美しく、館内で楽しめる卓球・ビリヤード・ボードゲームなどのアクティビティも充実していて、滞在中は飽きません。温泉もとても気持ちよく、リラックスできました。 唯一気になった点は、売店の営業時間が早めに終わってしまうこと。周囲にはお店がほとんどないため、必要なものがある場合は事前に買っておいた方が安心です。 それでも総合的には、価格以上の満足感があり、とても良い宿だと思います。"

"Although the hotel building and its facilities are a little bit old, the room is very clean and hotel staff are very friendly. It takes about 15 minutes’ walk from New Shirakawa (Shin Shirakawa) Train Station, or you can catch a taxi at about 1000 Yen. There are several restaurants located within five minutes’ walking distance, however, it is relatively far from downtown Shirakawa and Komine Castle."
