“Call ahead and make sure the hot tub is functioning and has clean water. Bring along some old sheets or window cling to cover the windows where the shades have been removed. Don’t plan on using the ceiling fan without the light being on, that cord is missing. If you are allergic to bathroom mold… don’t book. They said they replaced the Queen mattress after we left, but they also said the hot tub was up and running which it wasn’t at our cabin. I am sure it was a lovely place 5 years ago,……

“The cabin was clean, quaint and quiet. However, the main reason we booked the cabin in Dec was for the hot tub which was not functioning (60 degrees) and completely filthy. The rental representative tried to get it working and then sent maintenance the next day, and they were also unable to fix it.
