“Exactly as advertised! In a great location where I could walk to restaurants and shops if I wanted. Because of the on-site parking, driving around was also easy because I knew I wouldn't have to hunt for a parking spot when I got back. Even though this is an apartment I didn't hear much noise from the other unit, which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed a few nights on the banks of Cayuga Lake, while being very close to Ithaca and surrounding natural areas of interest. We loved the warm wood floors and overall timeless character of the home. Great views of the lake including awesome master bedroom views as well. The outdoor stairs and decking all appeared recently updated and provided good access to the dock and water. We had pretty decent weather to fish a bit off the dock with the kids, but it was too chilly to……

“Students in my lab and I stayed here while attending a conference at Cornell, and then my family of 3 stayed afterwards over the weekend. We really enjoyed it because it was conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Cornell and everything we wanted to do, with plenty of street parking just in front. It’s 10 minutes or less walking to Ithaca falls, Cascadilla gorge trail that goes up to Cornell and College town, a couple of restaurants, Ithaca bakery, and a couple of really close……

“This is a great little apartment. It had everything I needed and was squeaky clean. Downtown is a very short walk away. Conor was a fantastic host. Very responsive and helpful! I will absolutely be staying here again.”

Only thing lacking was an additional bathroom, as 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms is less, though we were ok, but it wasn't clear on the listing that there is only 1 bathroom. The furnishings are good.
