This listing is for both units of a duplex so you'll have the entire house and property to yourself. You'll have an internal connecting door between the units to provide a seamless experience without having to step outside. On the main level you have the main kitchen and living room plus three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the lower level you have the additional kitchen and living space plus two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Outside you'll have access to both fire pits and grills.

You will have the house and property to yourself.

Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft are good but not great. Having a car would be ideal. 5 minute drive to downtown.
