“I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Maria Theresa. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property buildings and gardens were beautiful. The beachside location was picturesque and convenient provided reserved sun umbrella and loungers. The highlight was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist multiple times. Truly a wonderful experience guest experience. Can’t wait to return.”

“Casa Gioconda - Gaeta Stayed 3 nights, May 27-30 2026 I have to say not knowing what to expect in Gaeta, we could not have been more pleased with the area and our accommodation. After our arriving from Rome and settling in at Casa Gioconda B&B the first night, the next morning we were greeted by our host Letizia preparing a wonderful variety of breakfast options. We enjoyed our room, slept well and had all the needed amenities close at hand. With so much to see this is a great location……

We would recommend The Summit to any friends looking for a beach stay without the chaos of the public beach. We went with our two older kids and they also had a fantastic time on the beach.”

“A lovely hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. The bell staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. However, my experience with some members of the front desk team was less positive. At times, interactions felt unwelcoming, and I did not feel acknowledged when approaching the desk with questions. On a few occasions, there appeared to be a lack of engagement or eye contact, which made the service feel somewhat……

We loved the flexible beach shuttle service; our driver even went out of his way to show us the route to our next day's tour port. “The hotel is really nice, really clean and with plenty of amenities. The pools were also really nice and beautiful palm trees to give you that serene look. The views of the mountains surrounding the property is really great. The restaurant food was superb. We were not expecting such high quality delicious food. It was so pleasant. The staff was super friendly and helpful even with our very limited Italian. They also provided recommendation on what to do. If you happen to be staying at this……

“I want to say that we loved our experience, but I just can’t. The town is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. The property is a little farther from the beach than anticipated. It was a little hard to find as it’s located on a little beat up alleyway. There is not a lot of natural light. There’s a small window in the tucked away kitchen and a small window in the bathroom, but the main area doesn’t have any windows other than the door itself. Also, the shower doors don’t work well and water……

“This hotel is a gem! Amazing water view from our bedroom, friendly staff, super clean, easy access to great restaurants, and, of course, gelato! The best part is that the beach is right across the street! A short drive to unbelievable pizza in Formia and site seeing in the lovely Gaeta, especially at night. Not too busy toward the end of June. Can’t wait to come back! ❤️”
