“This is our 4th time staying here and most likely our last. We chose to pay for the included breakfast only this time, as opposed to all-inclusive. The breakfast food was not good. It used to be amazing. It used to be our favorite meal. Now the food is bland and the few choices of meat options were really bad quality cuts. We had breakfast 3 times there and only one time were we approached by a server for our needs (gracias Enrique). We noticed that the servers mostly approached paying……

“Our favourite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is an absolutely breathtaking property full of charm. The staff are attentive, helpful and kind - they always go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. We have always felt very safe and comfortable, too. The food and drinks are absolutely delicious, elevated, and prepared with care. The rooms are cleaned every day and really lovely boutique toiletries are provided. “En relación precio- calidad , considero que es una muy buena opción , tomando en cuenta que el hotel ya tiene sus años, tiene muy excelente ubicación, su playa es muy amena, el hecho que haya CocineTa muy bien equipada, facilita la estancia con hijos. El último día el ascensor de nuestra torre dejó de funcionar.”

“This was our 3rd time staying at the Hacienda Grand Krystal. The property is slowly deteriorating. The room was not cleaned properly. The AC not working and we asked for pool view and our view was blocked by trees. The staff, as always, very professional and grateful. The restaurants well all great with the exception of Le Delice. Service was horrible and food not cooked throughly. The pool was great, especially the service provided by Carlos and Cesar. Sadly, I will not return to this……
