Amazing hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are well appointed and the hotel has outstanding views to the city. The staff is wonderful in all aspects of hospitality! It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow.

Should have booked longer
The views from this glass palace are great. We enjoyed watching colorful Orioles & other birds in the yard. The nearby burrows are a treat. Quiet setting. Easy walk to a pleasant village. Property management totally on her game.
