「The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. They were all outgoing and did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. One of the staff members, Kirk was so friendly that we began a conversation, and he ended up offering me an invitation to a staff appreciation luncheon. Obviously I wasn't a member of the staff, but they made me feel welcome. Everyone was so friendly and the food was great also, lol 」

「Counter agent was outstanding. Only complaint is shower bottoms are slippery. Adding some grit or rubber shower mat would help prevent falls that will occur sooner or later. 」

「Our room was perfect for what we needed. It was spacious, the bed was comfortable. I got updates from the staff often and they reached out to ensure we had what we needed. The front desk staff was so lovely to deal with. The only downside was our shower needed some upgrading (caulking around the shower needs replacement) and the pool outside was freezing cold. Other than that, it was a great stay. Amazing location and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. 」
