「It was excellent for our family vacation. The staff were absolutely amazing. We stayed in a 2 bed/2 bath with city/ocean views. It was very spacious, and most importantly, clean. Hope to return next summer to Max Beach Resort.」

「Genuinely the only knock against this place is if you want to swim in the pool at night. They close the pool at sunset. Other than that, our stay was practically flawless. The people were nice and kind. I was upset that the laundry lady was working in a room with no air conditioning, so please tip her if You exchange towels. But I would absolutely stay here again immediately. Its right on the beach, and super close to tons of activities. New ownership is supposedly coming in soon, and I hope...

「I had a great stay at Studio 1 Motel. Right across from the beach and was a nice room. However the only thing I did not like were the bugs in the room. I totally understand it’s Florida but it just got to be a lot killing multiple bugs each day. Other than that it was fantastic!!」

「We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend stay, Nel at the front desk was amazing very friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Best part was we were right on the Beach. We will be back again this time in a bigger room thanks Nel!」

「Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom...

「Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.」

「Staff not friendly, disappeared behind the counter when I approached. Near airport & train station, so noisy location. They were renovating the room above from very early morning, which they didn't advise us! When we complained they just were not bothered & just shrugged their shoulders. We should of been advised of this or at least offered another room. We are staying in the area but moved to a different hotel because of all the issues.」

「The condo was great with 2 king bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and half bath in the hall too. It was nice having a living room with couch bed for our child, tv and full kitchen to cook meals. The balcony was also great with plenty of room for the 5 of us to sit and listen to the waves and view the beach. The pool was nice and there were even pool accessories (balls, floats, noodles) to use, plenty of chairs and a deep end 6-8 foot and small toddler pool area separate from the big pool. Game...
