“Our room had a noticeable smell to it, and there was a cockroach in the middle of the floor when we woke up in the morning. The lady at the front desk was nice, but it was confusing because there’s two comfort suites directly across from the parking lot from each other. Overall, the hotel just didn’t seem clean.”

No housekeeping service for us since we were staying a week and I guess they don't come until you leave. Only 1 towel per person. My husband stopped by front desk and requested a couple new ones (our were soaked after multiple uses) but they didn't have any clean ones so they said they would bring some and never did. “This is a nicely designed and maintained hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint is there is a good amount of noise from cars as the hotel is situated on the main road through the town. Also, if you’re driving a car and need to turn left onto the main road, it can be tricky due to the traffic traveling on the road in both directions and there’s no side exit from the parking lot onto a street with a stoplight or stop sign. “Refrigerator didn’t work and informed front desk who said maintenance was on site she will have someone look at it. More than 24 hrs later called the front desk for an update but they were unable to supply any information. We were offered another room so we had to pack up and unpack again. Was told by staff member Bryson that we would receive a monetary compensation but we did not get anything for our inconvenience.”

“The rooms tv didnt work, half the lamps didnt, there was mold in the shower and behind the mirror, there were cockroaches and other bugs all over the room. The bed had stains in it, cigarette holes, and a wet spot when i arrived. The entire property smells like marijuana outside.”
