「12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and close to all the charm of Grand Lake. 「This rental was a massive disappointment and hassle. Red flag, the listing photos are generic stock photos lifted from the Sheraton’s website – not the actual suite you reserve. Upon check-in, it seems the owner double-booked the suite, and our reservation was converted to a standard hotel room. I definitely rented and paid for a studio suite with kitchen and seating area. Not a hotel room. Fortunately, the Sheraton staff was amazing. Everyone at the front desk and bell stand were super friendly...
