The property was not well kept at all. The room was absolutely disgusting. Blood stains on the sheets, dead bugs under the sheets, ashes under the sheets. Then after being there for 45 minutes i asked for a refund and was told since i paid in full, i could not get my money back. Don't stay here without bleach, clean linens, bug spray a plunger and tools to fix the TV hanging on the wall.

It was ok. I was in town for my birthday and visiting family. It was somewhere to stay. Nothing special. The phone in my room never worked. I had to walk to the office for everything. No coffee pot. Had to go to Waffle House next door, or the circle K. Housekeeping was ok. All they did was take out the trash and leave towels. Never cleaned or made the bed.

I had a tree fall on my home less than a mile away from this Red Roof Inn on July 13, 2022, so I booked a stay. The tree felled power lines so it took a few days to restore power. After a 2 night stay I was able to return to my home until the repairs began. That took 2 weeks. I’ve now returned and I’ve been at this Red Roof Inn for 5 weeks. The property is clean. The staff is responsive. The location is convenient to highways and downtown. Several restaurants and gas stations are nearby. Wi-Fi is available and has been speedy and uninterrupted. There’s a security patrol at night, and the hotel is also under the jurisdiction of the Capitol Police, which is a state funded force specifically funded to keep criminal elements out of the area. They are everywhere and vigilant. My stay here has been better than expected. Great hosts, great Wi-Fi, clean room, and excellent security.

This hotel was very dirty stink so bad and toilets didn’t work with thick brown stains in the toilet. Electric pieces was open and wires was hanging out. Host switch us but that was worst than the first. I did not stay there and he said the refund will be returned but haven’t received refund yet. Totally dissatisfied with the hotel and orbitz
