I reserved a non ADA room, and was given one without being notified. The shower curtain did not keep the actual bathroom floor from getting soaked. The bathroom didn’t have a towel hanger, but there was evidence of where one used to live. The bathroom door barely stayed closed, the latch couldn’t catch the plate most of the time. And we had the bedroom area curtain being held together with actual binder clips. Room was clean and quit, but the maintenance left a lot to be desired. The pillow for the pull out bed didn’t have a pillow case, and there was blood on the pillow.

Bed was below average, no paper towels in kitchen, weak shower pressure. Staff was great. If you value sleep and your back this is not the place to stay.

When we got in our room, all of the pillows were piled on one bed without pillow cases on them. The pillow cases were on the back of a chair so I had to put the pillow cases on all six pillows myself. The garbage can in the bathroom didn’t have a trash bag in it and it was sitting on top of the toilet. I put the trash bag in the container myself. There were a few things in on the carpeted floor that made me think it wasn’t vacuumed. Other than these things, the stay was comfortable.

Property was nice. Enjoyed the kitchen. Perfect for families. Lobby not open 24hrs so we had to pause what we were doing to go and check-in. Not a problem though. They were willing to make accommodations so that we could check in later.

I really enjoyed the awesome set up of the apartment; home away from home with all of the amenities. The entrance is also secured to prevent anyone from entering without a passkey. Awesome customer service, clean apartment and modern. Great place.

Good, not great

The property felt new and had modern amenities but the cleanliness of the room felt lacking. There was a previous person's hair in the sink and bathtub when we checked in and stains on the shower curtain. The floors felt grimy as well. Luckily I didn't need much from the front desk as there was rarely an attendant there to assist. Overall the stay was fine but could have been better if the room was cleaner.

A great place to stay

Everything was good, even the service. The only complaint was the bed were a little hard for me, but other then that it was a great place to stay. I did feel it was a little high on price but I did love the set up with the full kitchen, that was a nice bonus. I give it a 4.5 stars.

One time experience

The space was overall clean. Little things were not. Kitchen pans had cooked on food that looked like it had been there for a while. From the outside it looks like an inclosed building. Only to find all of the rooms open to a center outside courtyard with an over hang. Which means people like to hangout in the hallways to smoke. The walls are paper thin and you can hear entire conversations of your neighbors.If you arrive after 5 pm there are no employees on the grounds, you get your key from a lock box. The positives are the space inside the room is adequate. We needed a room with couch and a full fridge and those needs were met! There are also a good number of fast food options, even in walking distance. Would we stay here again? No, probably not. It was an experience that I think, one time was enough.

Overall good experience. I would suggest wheelchair accessible in the back because the spaces up front fill up quick and a wheelchair can’t access the back due to the curb.

The rooms actually looked like the pictures. Everything was clean, the rooms smell fresh due to the no smoking you can cook if you have a strict diet you need to cook for gotta bring your own pans only thing that was a pain was the check in/out had to call both times to get took care of
