"When we arrived we were redirected to another hotel due to power being out This resulted In us being charged more than expected even though front desk said that the other hotel would honour the same prices Not impressed at all "

"We selected this property based off of a great view and having a pool. The view was great but they failed to mention that the pool was closed for renovations, I understand that renovations need to happen but it would have been nice of them to mention that before I booked. The coffee machine in the room was so dirty it was unusable. There is no sound proofing at all in the building. From the yelling all night from whatever team was staying there in the adjacent rooms, to being woken up by the cleaning staff ramming a vacuum cleaner into the furniture in the above room. Overall a terrible experience and it ruined my entire stay. There are many more hotels on the waterfront in Windsor, I can’t imagine any of them not being better. 0 stars would have been given if it were possible. "

"Large spacious rooms with a very quiet atmosphere. A very clean hotel….lovely place to stay. Close to shopping and restaurants too. "
