Ketch 102

Very easy walk to the beach from condo. Close to the pier! Enjoyed the sand bar during low tide. The only drawback was, we were on the first floor which is a little noisy due to people coming and going, pushing the carts to load and unload. Unlike many condos on the beach, both bedrooms are in the front of the condo rather than the back, overlooking the beach. But! It was still a wonderful visit!!

Great vacation

We loved staying at this condo. The map took us through a really rough neighborhood to get to the condo which made a rough first impression. The condo itself was very clean. The porch should have been hosed off before we got there. It was full of spiderwebs and was just kind of gross to use. The guest room bathroom needs to be updated like the master bathroom. The location to the beach was perfect. We didn’t use the pool at all. We created some awesome memories as a family on this vacation. Thank you for your customer service!

On the way to Virginia

Stopped in Amelia for a few days to break up our road trip to Virginia . Great place very clean great view loved the beach . Our host was great and there if we needed anything . Would stay here again thank you VRBO

It was Perfect for us!

The condo had everything we needed and was super comfortable! We were able to walk directly to the beach and use the pool on site. The building space is VERY well kept. I felt safe during our stay! Management was very available to help as needed!

Beautiful Condo! Perfect Location! Amazing Views! Friendly Staff!

We had an amazing time at Ketch Courtyard 101! It was gorgeously decorated and clean. It was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The staff at "Stay Better Vacations" are amazing! They were prompt answering my questions and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. The manager of Ketch Courtyard also deserves a shout-out--he was very nice and helpful! The views from the condo are breathtaking. The location is perfect! Easy access to the beautiful beach. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed frolicking in the ocean waves. I will definitely stay here again!
