Adorable, sweet and very clean!
This rental lived up to its Posh name. Absolutely adorable condo in a brand new building. Security was great, the condo was pristine and every inch (including the surprise extra bedroom nook) was well utilized. Felt like home while we were there. Communication was great. We couldn’t have been more pleased. It IS a condo, so you could hear your neighbors, but ours were quiet and it wasn’t an issue.

Spacious Apartment with all the Amenities!!!
We loved everything about this apartment and the hosts that it is bookmarked for our next trip to Jax! The description and pictures of the apartment and property do not lie or give it justice! Jordan and Jessica thought of everything for the kitchen - Keurig with coffee pods, air fryer, toaster and an amazing cookware set that I've added to my Amazon wish list! Plus they were great with communication. The property is amazing - gym with multiple weight training options, treadmills, ellipticals, heavy bag and a separate yoga studio, beautiful pool with seating and a clubhouse with events for all guests! It is minutes from the beach and right off the expressway, you can't pass up this place!

Great place, extremely comfortable!
From watching the sunrise on the balcony to sunset at the pool, this place offers, comfort and convenience. The hosts thought of everything, plenty of pool towels and floats, a charger by the bed, plenty of paper products, and coffee. It was such a comfortable stay with plenty of space. It could easily accommodate more guests than we had in our party.

We stayed here for 23 nights while I was treated at Mayo Clinic, which was about 10 Minutes away and very convenient. This is exactly as described. It’s in a new area and has easy access. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of 4 and so there was some noise from the upstairs and downstairs apartments, but overall it was quiet and private., and we felt safe. There is a clubhouse close that has a great pool and hang out area. The small balcony faces some woods and the walking track where we watched people walking their dogs. The apartment was clean and has most utensils and kitchen items needed for cooking. There’s a keurig also. We were very happy here and would stay again.
