Charming Backyard Studio/Tiny Home in beautiful Jacksonville/OP

Walk into your peaceful/quiet/intimate space. This is a tiny home. Your home away from home comes equipped with the basic necessitates :Twin bed, Wifi, TV NO cable (antenna and streaming), 2 burner cook top, dishes, pots, towels, city connected water so you can enjoy normal showers and a flushing toilet. However, there is NO washer/dryer and your own parking (grass parking). Only one adult is allowed. NO pets NO guests NO parties.

This tiny home is located behind another home. However, you have your own entry and space. This listing is ideal for the working professional. This is not a vacation home. You will have your own indoor and outdoor space, but you might cross paths with people in the main house. Please be respectful of others. You have your own parking spot (rock parking).

You will enter through a gate and walk on a boardwalk. There are stairs with rails. Please exercise caution when entering and exiting tiny home. There is is smart lock for coded entry.

There is a school nearby, so students will be passing by and you might hear sounds from sporting events. In addition to possibly sounds from school, my neighbor has dogs that will bark throughout the day and night… at times, they may even run free… please keep this in mind. Just wanted to inform prior to stay; however, most guest have no issues…
