THE SPACE

BACK PORCH WITH OCEAN VIEWS

The back porch has a view of the ocean and plenty of space for entertaining. Outdoor furniture and seating are provided, and BBQ grills are available. This oceanfront building has a private walkway directly to the beach, and no code is needed for the beach gate. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided, so bring your own.

RENOVATED KITCHEN

The kitchen is renovated and well equipped. You have a refrigerator and freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, a kettle, and a coffee maker, plus dishes, utensils, wine glasses, a baking sheet, cooking basics, and a dining table.

LIVING AREA AND LAYOUT

The condo has a private living room with a Smart TV and ceiling fans. This condo is streaming only, so guests use their own streaming logins. Free high speed WiFi is included, the modem is in the twin bedroom by the TV, and the condo is laptop friendly. Air conditioning and central heating are provided.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and Bedroom 2 has two twin beds. The condo has two renovated full bathrooms, each with a combination tub and shower, and offers clothing storage.

PETS WELCOME

Pets are welcome, up to 2 pets per stay, and each pet must be under 50 lbs. The condo is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb with your pet.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

A washer and a dryer are in the unit. An iron, an ironing board, hangers, towels, and linens are provided. Starter items cover the first few days: dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, a roll of paper towels, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. A caddy with batteries and lightbulbs is in the cabinet above the fridge. Smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink are provided. Children are welcome.

SHARED OUTDOOR POOL

The pool is a shared outdoor community pool, and it is fenced. It is not heated.

ARRIVAL & PARKING

Check in is by self check in with a smart lock: enter your code, press the check mark or star key, and the door unlocks in a few seconds. Press any button to lock it when you leave. The condo has a private entrance on the ground floor, to the right of the building, and the building has an elevator. The community is gated with 24 hour security, and every guest picks up a pass at the main security gate. Parking is open for one vehicle, and the parking pass is the gate pass, kept on the dashboard. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, only one pass is issued and extra vehicles use the overflow lot across the road. Guest rental golf carts use the overflow lot or park right outside the community.

EXPLORE AMELIA ISLAND

Trails for walking and hiking, cycling, fishing, boating, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, kayaking, surfing, horseback riding, and golf are all nearby, with shopping, nightlife, groceries, an ATM, a hospital, and a laundromat close by.

THINGS TO NOTE

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. The minimum age to book is 25, the minimum stay is 2 nights, and long term stays are allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Check in is after 4:00 PM. Checkout is before 10:00 AM, and late checkouts are not available. At departure, bag your trash for the chute inside the door near the elevator, start the dishwasher, empty the fridge, and secure all windows and doors.
