Perfect beach house in Jax Beach!

This brand new 4 BR house, 1 block from the ocean, was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving gathering. There was plenty of room for our multi-generational group. The property manager made everything super easy- truly a great vacation for all of us!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Excellent!

We came to stay with our family for our daughter's wedding at Casa Marina. The property is clean, comfortable, and very private.When we weren't involved in wedding events, we relaxed by the gorgeous pool, and everyone enjoyed the game room.The primary bedroom veranda was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon reading.Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views

We have booked properties with Welcome Home Rentals for several trips to the Jacksonville Beach area and they never disappoint. The properties are always immaculately maintained and well stocked. This property was amazing with great views of the area and a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Excellent home and property manager!

We booked this property at the last minute in order to escape the path of hurricane Milton in the Tampa Bay area. The property was in very good condition and is located in a great area. We ended up staying over for several extra days after our initial booking due to us not having power back at home and the property manager was absolutely amazing to work with.

Fabulous Family vacation

Villa Paradiso was a great house with very close walking proximity to the beach. The beach was not crowded and very nice! Welcome Home Properties does a great job providing most all of the basic needs- such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, olive oil, laundry soap, dishwasher pods etc!! This is so helpful with packing !! The small patio pool was perfect as was the putting green out front. There is lots of room to spread out and be comfortable! The 5th bedroom/playroom does not have a door or blinds on the windows. That would be our only small issue with the property. Overall, we would highly recommend this particular house and Welcome Home!!

Fantastic Fourth

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Modern House and would return again without question. The location was fantastic...1 block from the beach. The house even has a wagon, beach toys, an umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler and towels. The pool was perfect for our kids. Its location and size was perfect for watching them from the kitchen, living room or poolside. The bunkroom was a hit with the kids and made putting them to bed easy with their own TV to watch after being tucked in.The kitchen had a fantastic supply of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and storage containers. We were pleasantly surprised to find paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets and detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, hair dryers...all available and ready. We wholeheartedly recommend this property.
