The space
Private studio of nearly 300 sq ft in larger home. This is a finished, built out, oversize garage (all done during construction of new home) that has insulated door that is locked, carpeted area, insulated walls, and climate controlled. Once you are in suite/studio from foyer, you are in total privacy with your own a/c unit. Bathroom is accessed via hallway. Easy self check-in via smart locks on front door entrance and suite door entrance. Convenient and accessible to all parts of beaches! Ample parking. Welcome to 14 Palm Oasis where the Salt Life is magnificent!

Guests self-check in via smart locks. You have combined sleeping, living room, dining and cooking space - everything has an area in the suite. You can enjoy the back yard, grill, and access beach cruisers. Ample parking on the driveway or large mulch area to the right. An 8 min walk to the beach, 3 min bike ride or 1 min car ride to the ocean. The sun rises at 6th Avenue South so see its majesty with ease, Every morning!
Other things to note
*This is a suite/studio with kitchenette. Home within a home; yet private.

*Bathroom is for your sole use and in the hallway.

*Management may access bathroom to get to 2 storage closets; rarely but FYI just in case.

*Guest maximum is 3 people. No outside visitors please.

*Guests can park one vehicle in the driveway or mulch area. Any additional vehicles please inform host.

*Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM.

*Please conserve energy. Set a/c temp between 70 to 78 degrees only. When you depart, please leave a/c at 75 to 78 degrees. Brand new unit and super efficient at cooling; on demand air.

*A/C remote is a $300 value. Please do not misplace it; it should be stored on shelf underneath unit.

*Smart lock code use is only for registered guests only. Unauthorized or additional guests fee is $50 per person per night.
