不滿:整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
I will be attempting to have our experience rectified by getting a refund. We refused the room the hotel wanted us to use based on a purchase through Expedia. They would not change our room. Expedia customer service - aside from agents having an accent so thick they couldn’t be understood - disconnected or hung up on me twice. We did not stay. Should I not be contacted and refunded I will take this up with my credit card company
