Great for Many Reasons!

We stayed to go to the Players Championship, so we did not spend a whole lot of time there, but we did cook up some great steaks one night when we were there. The house and the spacious rooms were fantastic. The kitchen was quite large which made it nice for people to help me prep dinner! The Beach if so close, and lots of restaurants and bars to frequent. Thanks again for a great stay!

The inside of the house was nice and clean. The Big issue we had was the pool not being cleaned when we got there. The issue daily was the leaves covering the bottom of the pool.I cleaned it out daily with the pool skimmer the best I could so we could swim. Now we are both in our 60’s also. They refunded me 75% for the first day but it was a daily issue. I was told its only leaves? I suggested cutting trees down or get a pool robot to clean the pool daily. The pool is probably 40 or 50 years old with chips and crakes on the bottom, not making it appealing. 3 blocks to the beach is over a busy highway also you have to cross. Some people might not have issues. These are the issues we had.

This adorable house has a great pool and location!

We stayed at this property for my husband’s 60th birthday. We wanted something close to the beach. It was fantastic! The game room is fun, the pool was beautiful, the walk to the beach was easy. This home is well equipped, clean, and I highly recommend it!

We are 5 mothers on a 1-night getaway and left the house exactly as she asked us to follow in a notebook in the house. We were asked to take all sheets off the beds and leave them in the middle of the mattress. Once we did that, in all 3 rooms, unfortunately -- there were urine stains all under the sheets on the mattress pads. Not just 1 stain, multiple, all over. We were terribly disgusted that we slept right on top of that. As soon as we checked out, I received an automated reply to give them 5-stars. I responded with pictures of the urine stains so they could make changes for the next guests -- Coco NEVER responded or acknowledged my email. I sent it 2 times, with pictures, b/c an expensive refundable deposit was required by VRBO that I still have not received. I wanted to ensure she knew that was not our group that made those stains. With 2 emails and pictures, there was never an apology or even a confirmation that she received it. Guests should not have to take sheets off the bed. We are there on vacation. It's been 7 days, still no refund and still no acknowledgement from Coco -- only emails asking for a 5-star review. The location is good, but this was a major turnoff. The pool was decent, but it needs shock, and the bar has cobwebs all over it. For the price, this should be in much better condition. I would NOT book again. Very disappointing end to our 1-night getaway. Very gross and unsanitary. AND no refund (yet).
