This beautiful luxury home sits directly on the oceanfront in the exclusive community of Ocean Ridge Village in North Topsail Beach. Only a few steps away is a beautiful community pool for all to enjoy.

The home features 6 large bedrooms with 4 full baths and 1 half bath and is set up to sleep 17 comfortably. The bedding set-up includes 4 kings, 1 queen, 3 twins and 2 queen sleeper sofas.

As you enter this luxury home from the ground level you will be greeted by a grand foyer with bench seating, decorative pillows and wall art. On each side of the foyer are access doors to the garages which also acts as a bad weather entry for bringing in supplies on a rainy day.

Two steps up to the first living level and you will immediately get a glimpse of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean directly ahead. To the left you will enter bedroom 1 which is equipped with two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, dresser and night stands, wall art and large windows showcasing the ocean. This is a great room for the kids.
Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway is a full bath with tub and shower combination.

The center room on the oceanfront side of this lower level is the laundry room which is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer as well as a full-size secondary refrigerator. From this room you will also have access out to a lower level oceanfront deck area where you will find plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large 6-person Hot Tub. Sit back and relax in the bubbling water while enjoying your favorite beverage and listening to the sounds of the ocean as the waves crash along the shoreline. This is like Heaven on Topsail Island, and this is what your much-needed vacation is all about- rest and total relaxation!

At the end of the hallway you will enter bedroom 2 which is equipped with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, wall art, various dresser and night stands and large windows showcasing the ocean. Just outside the bedroom door in the hallway is a full bath with tub and shower combination.

As you move on up to the second living level, at the top of the stairs you will find a cozy seating area equipped with a sleeper sofa, coffee table and two comfortable chairs. This is a quiet getaway spot sufficient for reading, internet work or just getting away from the crowds.

Directly behind this seating area on the street side you will find bedroom 3 which is equipped with a queen bed, half bath, TV, wall art and access out to a small street side balcony.

Moving on to the oceanfront side of the home you will approach the main living area which is equipped with a sleeper sofa, recliners, large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, ceiling fan and a round game table with 4 chairs which could also be utilized for additional dining space.

Adjacent to the living room is the dining area which is equipped with a long table and 8 chairs. Next to the table is a kitchen counter with two bar stools. For additional dining you will find tables located on the oceanfront deck just off the dining room. This home provides plenty of space for the family to enjoy meals together.

Out on the oceanfront just off the living and dining area you will find a large oceanfront deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the mesmerizing views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Here you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the porpoises as they troll the shoreline looking for their morning meal. You may even see the fishing boats just offshore as they troll the waters each day for fish, shrimp or other local seafood delicacies to take back to the local markets.

Back into the house and directly connected to the dining area is the kitchen which is the heart of the home. This is where great things happen with those great cooks showcasing their special recipe’s and this kitchen will certainly accommodate those needs. Here you will find a nice gas range with oven combination, dishwasher, large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, coffee pots, toaster, blender and other small countertop appliances. All this is accented with beautiful granite countertops and nice cabinetry along with a pantry for extra storage.

The final room on this level is bedroom 4 which is on the street side of the home. It is equipped with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, wall art and various dressers and night stands. Just outside the bedroom door is a full bath with a large walk-in shower.

Now we will move up to the third and uppermost level of the home. Here you will find two large masters suites.

As you turn to the oceanfront side of the home you will find the grand master bedroom 5 which is equipped with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and various dressers and night stands. This room also has direct access out to a private oceanfront deck that is equipped with comfortable seating for enjoying the great beach views of Topsail Island. The sunrises here will be simply magnificent. Here, you will feel you are on top of the world. This bedroom also has a glamour bath which makes for a grand master suite on the top floor. This bathroom is equipped with a large jacuzzi tub, tiled walk-in shower, double sinks and marbled flooring. You may not have actually been a King or a Queen when you arrived, but whoever is lucky enough to get this room will certainly feel like Royalty.

Directly across the hallway on the sound side of the home is another master suite bedroom 6 which is equipped with a king bed, TV, ceiling fan, various dressers and night stands and wall art. In this room is a small alcove which provides extra sleeping quarters and is equipped with an additional twin bed. This is a great spot for a small kid that wants to be close to the parents. This master suite also has its own private bath with double vanities and a jacuzzi tub. This room also has direct access out to a private sound side balcony with comfortable seating. The lucky occupant of this room will enjoy the burning sunsets across the Intracoastal Waterway and Bay areas along the rear of Topsail Island.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
