“First, the positives: this house is in a great location, is pet-friendly, and has a nice private dock.Now, for the negatives: there are major issues with the listing and the condition of the property.First, the listing is misleading. The property is listed as having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It does not. It has 3 bedrooms and an open loft area with bunk beds. It also only has 2 working, indoor bathrooms. The third bathroom is outside and is not functional. It has no running water to the toilet……

“Great living and sleeping spaces. Rooms were large with plenty of space and bright and cheery. Great space for our family of 10 adults and 4 children.Nice to have plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards. Nice to have beach access right across the road. There was a double vacant lots directly across from house that gives nice a view from porch ands kitchen/ dining area.Kids enjoyed swimming in pool. Beautiful sunsets over the Inlet at back of house.Neil was very easy to communicate with and……

“This was a great house for our group of 3 families including 5 kids. The backyard was awesome and we barely got out of the pool all weekend. The host is easy to contact and proactively reaches out to ensure everything is in good order. Everything was well stocked. If I go back to North Topsail Beach this is where I would stay.”

“Look no further! Our stay was wondrrful, exceeding our expectations. Everything was clean, styled so nicely, and the bed was so comfy! The view was incredible! The beach from the back and the bay from the front. The sunset and sunrise was so stunning! Even with it being in a colder month while visiting we enjoyed walking the beach and saw dolphins within the hour we arrived, so nice! Our hosts even left little unexpected touches..k cups for coffee in the morning, binoculars for dolphin watching.……
