「Nice area close to Topsail Island. Clean and comfortable. Host is friendly. Great communication! Dog friendly was a plus for us!」

「Look no further! Our stay was wondrrful, exceeding our expectations. Everything was clean, styled so nicely, and the bed was so comfy! The view was incredible! The beach from the back and the bay from the front. The sunset and sunrise was so stunning! Even with it being in a colder month while visiting we enjoyed walking the beach and saw dolphins within the hour we arrived, so nice! Our hosts even left little unexpected touches..k cups for coffee in the morning, binoculars for dolphin watching....

「Beautiful town house just steps from the ocean and pool. You can get a glimpse of them from the decks also. The open concept layout of the upstairs living room/ dining room /kitchen space was perfect for our family in our down time. All the furnishings were new and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with every thing we needed and more. The downstairs provided a king size master and the guest room has a twin/full combo bunk my kid loved. All were plush and we slept great. The pool at...

「Loved the property. Very family friendly, and it was nice to just walk to the beach. Recommended 」

「The house was amazing, very clean, organized and well stocked. It was great that all the beds were already made and ready to sleep in. There were amble beach towels for our use as well as a wagon to take everything down to the beach, that was an extra bonus since we had two toddlers with us. The access to the beach was literally across the street very easy and safe to get to. There were outside chairs on all levels so you could sit on the porches and watch the sunrise or sunset. The pool was...

「Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen including a good assortment of basic spices. Lots of extra goodies for guests such as laundry pods and dish soap were available as well. The house was spotless and air conditioning was cold. Beds were super soft!!! 10/10 for customer service. Will definitely stay here again! The view from the screened back porch was icing on the cake.」

「Lisa and Brian were insanely great hosts! The property is exactly as listed, and all the amenities were fantastic. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook, the beach chairs are in great shape, the grill was perfect for our burgers, and we even used the tent despite the strong winds. What really stood out was the consistent and frequent communication. Lisa and Brian sent messages before the stay reminding us of our check in instructions, checked in during our stay, and even...

「The unit had everything we needed and the best view on the intracoastal side of the island. Sitting on the deck was so peaceful in the morning, afternoon, and evenings. Easy access to the beach right across the street.」

「We really enjoyed the location and appreciated our stay overall. However, there were several issues that need to addressed.First, the kitchen was not as well equipped as expected. There were very limited kitchen staples, including glassware, baking sheets, and basic spices, which made preparing meals difficult. There was no clean sponge available—only a dirty one. Additionally, the listing stated that ground coffee would be provided, but none was available. The kitchen cabinets are falling...

「We had an amazing stay! The house was exactly as described and pictured—beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It was the perfect size for our large group, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. The location couldn’t have been better. The beach was literally just steps away, making it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It was incredibly convenient, especially with kids, and one of our favorite things about the property. We also really...

「The house was located a short distance from the beach - a very easy walk. It was very nice overall. We had some problems with the functionality of several appliances, but the issues were rectified quickly and effectively. We certainly would consider renting the property again.」

「Absolutely pristine three level duplex. Only steps away from the ocean via private walkway. Hot tub was sparkling clean. Jeremy was communicative and helpful. My husband says he’s never had a better time. Thank you!!! 」

「Awesome house! No issues!」

「The 5 bedrooms/5 full baths accommodated our family of 8 comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked for anything you might need. We loved the proximity to the beach, the hot tub, and restaurants/shopping. The beach is not over populated, making it relaxing. Loved the concept of paying it forward as we left condiments and supplies behind for the next family. Just of note, the grill is a charcoal grill, not propane if you are planning a grill night. We did have a lot of ants, especially in the...

「Great property just a few steps from the beach. Everyone loved the pool and backyard! I also loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom.」

「Great location.」

「The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and well stocked with anything we may have needed. Everything was very clean and exactly as listed. The host was very easy to communicate and quick to respond. We would definitely come back again to this beautiful house and beach!!!」
