"We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was clean and the decor was lovely. The beach view was wonderful with a view of the dunes and native plants as well. The only suggestion for improvement would be the entryway. It’s very dark if you’re arriving back in the evening, and we had to use flashlights to get the key in the door. There was also a very strong odor of some kind of chemical floral scented cleaner that was overwhelming and unpleasant at the entryway. We were so thankful the smell was not within the condo, or we would not have been able to stay. But overall, our visit very nice, and we would be happy to return again!"

"Great location on the beach with back deck to the stairs to heaven This home is absolutely the best Beachy decorated home at Topsail inside and out. Easy to pack all your gear in the elevator up to the floor you need. Perfect for me and my wife but has lots of room for many guests. Very clean and beautiful . This is a must stay or you will miss out! "

"It was actually half a condo, a very small space. The bed was very comfortable, but there was no comfortable seating. It would be nicer if the bunk beds were replaced with a comfortable futon or sleep sofa/ loveseat. Frank and Diane were both very nice and helpful. It’s listed as dog friendly but the villa is not very accommodating to dogs. The beach access for dogs was a narrow path between a row of bushes. Overall it was clean but the toilet could use a thorough scrubbing and it didn’t flush very well. The kitchen area is extremely small. The plates didn’t even fit in the tiny sink. "

"I cannot speak highly enough about this rental. The host provided detailed instructions for easy check in and the rental itself was perfect. It had everything that we needed and more. It was very clear the host cares greatly about the comfort of the guests. The area was quiet and the beach was a short walk away. I can’t wait to plan my next visit!"
