We really enjoyed our stay, house was great for a short stay, big enough for space but small enough for 2 with puppies. 1 block away from beach and great location in city to access whatever is needed or you want to explore! Will book again if we come back to Jacksonville!

Easy and convenient.

Easy overnight stay, parking 10 ft from front door, 5 min walk to beach. Condo had great furnishings and amenities. Coffee provided was a perk. Great place for small families and quick trips

Mayo stay

I had to bring my daughter to the Mayo clinic for treatment. It was an easy drive. The only bad part was we lost power one evening for almost 2 hours. Luckily it was close to sundown so it wasn't as hot as midday. It was clean and easy to get into the unit. I have food allergies so having the full kitchen was essential. I made a few dinners and we are breakfast daily in the room. Much to my surprise there were beach, bath and kitchen towels in this unit. There was also a beach umbrella and beach chairs. We used them!

We had a spectacular stay! The cottage was spotless, incredibly comfortable and perfectly located. Being just a short walk to the beach was exactly what we were looking for! The location is quiet, but close to everything and the cottage has a charming, homey feeling. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
