The Beach Walker complex is a sought-after area within AIP, and this villa is located in the "up front" buildings, with the best views and closest beach access. *Please note there are stairs required both inside and outside the unit, and the walk from the parking lot may be more challenging for some.
**Only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee per dog will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered.
