Property was accurately described and had many pictures showing the property. The kitchen was well stocked with all the needed items. There sufficient beach towels and beach chairs. The property was clean when we arrived. The management was easy to contact and responded quickly.

Amazing property and rental service

If you want somewhere that is clean, comfortable and very quiet and secure this is the place! From booking to checking in communication was wonderful! Stacie was an absolute pleasure and helped us beyond our needs. The walk to the beach is somewhat lengthy however it's on decking and not in sand so that's a plus. I would most certainly stay here again if I get the chance.

Ideal Beach getaway

This rental nestled just beyond the protected dunes of the beautiful beach, provided an ideal retreat for our family gathering. The rental was well stocked and comfortable for all of us to be together for a long weekend. The layout was ideal, providing a nice gathering place for fun, meals and being together while also having the bedrooms well situated to accommodate all schedules (early or late risers and early or late to bed) as needed. The location is ideal for all activities including early morning walks on the beach.

Okay, long walk to beach. Adequately furnished and clean.Had a few issues but were handled. Needs a little TLC, but mostly due to age. Way too many emails, ridiculous.

Comfortable and relaxing stay in a great location

Our condo was clean and bright and furnished for total comfort -- great beds, lots of TVs, ample supply of kitchen niceties, and a quick walk to the pool or beach. This stretch of beach is less crowded but the Omni resort has good shops and places to eat -- a great combination for relaxation and enjoyment. Lots of walking and biking trails; we also really liked the two park areas on the west side of the A1A... beautiful greenery with boardwalks to view the birds, water, and sunsets.

Great Location, Comfortabe and Clean

My dog left his favorite toy, but he got plenty of "walkies" in the beautiful area. The unit is right off a great nature trail for jogging and walking your pup. Excellent communication with the management company and using a code versus checking in at the hotel is much easier. There is a beautiful barn owl that hangs out at the path entrance to the beach. Be sure to look up in the trees as you walk that way.

Delightful break from winter!

With space to spare, furnishings with comfort and style, and salt air a balcony and steps away, we loved our time here! The condo is clean and well supplied, all our needs were considered and beautifully arranged, and our desire for an antidote to a long winter was a success!

Absolutely Gorgeous Property

Everything about this property was wonderful with the exception of one thing. The windows were very noticeably dirty. I only mention it because the view to the ocean and beach were severely compromised due to the dirty windows. Beyond that minor detail, everything else was absolutely wonderful. The property is absolutely stunning. My family and I came for a family reunion on Amelia Beach, but we will be returning because of the rest and relaxation.

Just amazing

What a fantastic little place!! The location is amazing, the boardwalk to the beach is so nice and scenic. The kitchen has everything one needs including a hot water dispenser. Each room was clean, bright, and fresh well stocked with towels. There’s extra blankets as well. Cute little touches like makeup towel and little soap bars. So family-friendly. We had a 20 month old with us and (although we didn’t use it) there were stuff for the kids, life jackets, plenty of beach toys so if you forgot to pack yours, it’s already there! Check in was easy and fast. Parking was even great! Overall would stay again in the future.

directions

my only complaint concerns the directions. It indicates that after you go through the main gate and then make a right hand turn onto beach walker to drive 1/2 mile and look for the Villas on your right and turn in. Well the Villas are on the left. So after driving around a little bit, we finally figured that out, but you might consider changing that.

Convenient location

The place is a convenient walk to the beach. But it’s sparsely equipped for a place that has 4 bedrooms. No stockpot to cook pasta- something that is basic in my opinion. They said they provide shampoo but it’s a single travel size bottle in each bathroom…. For 8 people for a week. No conditioner. Not all bathrooms had an extra toilet paper roll. Beds in the two singles room were very hard and uncomfortable. Other beds were good. Did have a good supply of sand toys, chairs and wagon to haul stuff to beach.

Stay Better Vacations (host) was excellent. Unit is a little dated. Parking a nightmare due to construction eliminating our units space (why construction for this while in-season??????) Elevator slow, hot, and smelly. Walk to beach impossible with beach cart— way too many stairs.
