Penthouse 7th floor with spectacular Ocean views! Immaculate, Beach Front Condo!

This 7th floor (top level) one bedroom,one bath ocean front unit with amazing views of the ocean and beach! This warm and inviting condo is immaculate & beautiful featuring cool colored tiled floors throughout plus an updated bathroom with a tile shower and an updated kitchen fully equipped with granite counter tops, new cabinets, and appliances. This villa is part of the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club which is exceptionally well maintained. Two pools and four tennis courts on property for your enjoyment at this well-appointed community and is a 5 minute walk TO THE RITZ-CARLTON AMELIA ISLAND! Front row seat watching the sea turtles mosey along the dunes and the playful dolphins frolic in the waves.
We keep it stocked with all the necessities such as luxury grade towels, all sheets, shampoo, body wash, soap, conditioner, hair dryer, & laundry supplies . We want this to be your home away from home. Just show up and enjoy!

Its expansive oceanfront balcony wraps around from the living room to the generously sized king bedroom. The ocean views are abundant from the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedroom and balcony.

We had a a wonderful couple of days at this property. The condo was beautifully decorated, and we loved all the "beachy" touches throughout. The turtle coffee table was our favorite piece! Shannon couldn't have been more accommodating. Explicit directions were given in advance. The location of the condo was perfect with gorgeous views of the beach and pool. We enjoyed shopping and eating at the beach town Fernandina Beach, which was an easy drive and filled with shops and restaurants.Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was superb! Harvey & Shannon most responsive and kind. The condo immaculate, well appointed and well stocked. Attention to detail was evident throughout the condo. The hosts also placed a nice focus on the enjoyment of being oceanfront; from the swivel chairs in front of the expansive windows in the living area to the comfortable and tall Adirondack chairs on the top floor balcony giving great unobstructed ocean views. Thank you Harvey & Shannon! We look forward to coming back!!

This was a wonderful condo. The only problem we had was that the elevator closest to our condo was not working for the first 5 days! Otherwise it was fabulous! The host was very responsive with all my questions ahead of time and even during our stay.

Property is dated, but I knew that going in. No umbrellas at the Pool for shade, even though they have bases. Some Algae on the side of the pool, but I did see them clean every other day. Easy walk to the Ritz Carlton. Kitchen is tiny with the bare essentials. Chairs, towels and umbrella for the beach was a bonus. The deck area is nice but after sunrise you are in full sun which makes it impossible to sit for long.

Beautiful view and great location

Overall, the property was fantastic and one of the nicer units in the complex on VRBO. Every amenity that you would need was available. We had an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival and the the owner immediately remedied the situation. Will definitely stay again.

Great condo and stay!!

Beautiful condo that was so well equipped. It had everything we needed and made our stay so easy. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with for the stay. Bed was comfortable. View was amazing. Zero complaints! Will stay again.
