Kick back and relax in this brand new calm, stylish bedroom. Enjoy a relaxing time on the front patio sipping on your cup of coffee. Take a short 5 minute drive to North Topsail beach and a 10 minute drive to a private beach front pool located at Topsail Dunes Condominium complex.
NOTE: We have dogs so please expect some potential dog hair and barking.
You will have access to a guest bedroom in our house, front porch and a full bathroom that is in the hallway. The bedroom is cozy and includes lots of essentials for your stay including a 50" Roku TV (we don't have cable), dining table/desk and a bench for two, queen size bed, and a kitchenette that consists of a Keurig, mini fridge, small microwave, water dispenser, and basic silverware and dishes (plates, mugs, etc.).
All linens are provided as well as everything you need to make your morning cup of coffee or tea. Beach chairs and towels are also provided.
Our dogs are friendly but you will most likely not even meet them as we keep them mostly in our bedroom or under our watch in the main part of the house. They may greet you with a bark or two though. :)
We keep the guest side of the house as private as possible but we are happy to socialize too. Although the room provides everything guests will need, guests can enjoy watching TV in our living room or dining at our dining table. The rest of our house is not available to guests. Our teenager has a bedroom that shares a hallway with the guest bedroom and he uses a separate bathroom.
You will be able to park in our driveway. There are many restaurants close by as well as a grocery store that's only 0.5 mile away. Take a short 5 minute drive to the public beach or a 10 minute drive to a private beach and pool at Topsail Dunes condominiums with free parking. We are 20 minutes away from Surf City and about 45 minutes away from Wilmington.
